Can't Live Without... Savoury Yoghurt!
If there's one thing I cannot live without, it's savoury yoghurt. It goes with everything, and you only need 3 ingredients.
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt (coconut, cow or sheep)
- 1 tbsp Australian extra virgin olive oil
- Few grinds of Himalayan salt in a bowl
Simply mix ingredients together in a bowl and voila! Serve with protein, stir through a salad, or use it as a dip for sweet potato chips.
Add 1tsp lemon juice or 1tsp miso paste or 1tsp tahini...
Or get creative with your own twist... Anything from chopped herbs, chilli flakes or spices. I've even added some harissa or pesto!
